Match ammo and drones to hit enemy weakness (mostly EM/Th with Amarr). In missions you could also try 650mm artillery but for combat sites AC is superior. All the videos I can find for low sec ratting are pretty outdated. If anyone could list a fit for the thrasher or whatever ship does well. I'm also an omega player and have roughly 350k SP to spend on upgrades I might need.
